Mad Studios got its start when the late, great Chris Owen realized his dream of
having a recording studio in his home. Chris was a great guitar player and an
even better friend. My name is Scott Walsh and I was a talented web designer
when I got involved with Chris and Mad Studios. I was just getting into making
videos and was working on streaming video over the internet when we came across
a CD Business Card with a simple webpage on it. Together, we invented the world's
first Video Business Card, the M-3 Card. Sadly, Chris Owen passed away in 2003
and the original Mad Studios was shut down. I have carried on the name, and over
the years have made a number of videos and podcasts under that name.

No history of Mad Studios would be complete without including Marcy Owen,
Chris's loving wife. She operates a mobile auto detailing service called
Mad Wax. During the day, Chris and I detailed cars, at night we would go
to work in the studio. Marcy wasn't one to hang out in the studio, but she
would call us upstairs for a wonderful dinner or remind us when it was time
to take a smoke break. She is too busy running her car wash service to help
with my current Mad Studios work, but is available if anyone wants to talk
to someone who has known me for about 20 years.

Another key person that should be mentioned is the mysterious Joanne Dibble,
who held the camera and even appears in a few Mad Studios works.Without her
support and inspiration Mad Studios would have died with Chris.

Today, Mad Studios lives on in the form of my own home studio. Not a music
recording studio, but rather a multimedia studio, producing websites, CD
Business Cards, videos, and podcasts. Chris left behind high standards for
quality and no work leaves the studio unless it is grade A material.

My main product these days is the Video Business Card, or custom made
business card-sized CDs. The CD business card is a cutting edge marketing
and advertising tool, and is highly effective. Besides making custom cards
personalized for your business, I also offer duplication and replication
services with no hidden costs(such as glass masters, etc.). I can also design
