The manifestation of Spirit is given to every man and woman to profit withal. For to one is given by Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues. For as the body is one and hath many members of that one body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ Jesus.
The Nemawashi Process. This is the process of relationship building. The 'Nemawashi' is originally a horticultural term for uprooting or transplanting plants. Here, we have applied it's concepts to information and evolved it up to the next level. Once the 'Nemawashi' process is over you will have all the information you need to make a fully informed decision and you will have to let us know if you finally 'get it'. If the 'Nemawashi' is successful, conflicts can be avoided and your communications will be much clearer.
'Nemawashi' means 'to turn the roots' prior to replanting or, by implication, 'laying the groundwork'. 'Nemawashi' has come to mean the process by which groups develop the shared understanding without which nothing much gets done. The meaning of 'Nemawashi' is to maneuver behind the scenes and under the waterline to subtly reach new objectives. Relax, and enjoy the process.
This website, this collective, known as the Nemawashi Network is really just
an experiment born out of an inspirational poem about a word many people have
never heard. It has defined itself, risen from it's humble beginnings to the
highest heights. We were a silent, hidden thought in the folds of oblivion, and
we have become a voice that causes the heavens to tremble.
The technology of the internet, the flow of information within a system, defined
by it's level of complexity, determines the emergence of certain organizations
on a global scale. The new trans-global entities which are forming now will make
important decisions in the future regarding our private and social lives.
How we construct our ideas, create trust, and form trans-global partnerships
is a process that is always being refined and invites new ideas. Yesterday we
obeyed kings and bent our necks before emperors. But today we kneel only to
truth, follow only beauty, and obey only love. Progress lies not in enhancing
what is, but in advancing toward what will be.
We are now in the age of ideas and the massive connection machine has been cranked up.
Yes, the people are the network. New sources of information, a look at the bigger picture,
each tick of the atomic clock bringing us one step closer to the eventuality. What is
that? You tell us. The best ideas always come from the edge.
This process of accelerating the spiritual choices of trans-global persons is gradual
and customized for each individual or group of individuals involved. It is a process that
evolves slowly from city to city, from region to region, person to person, from terrestrial
tribe to terrestrial tribe, till all the Earth is taken by this Nemawashi spirit. It is
actually a Quiet Revolution that evolved simultaneously on several fronts.
As with Socrates and Galileo, Nemawashi threatens bogus authorities. It leaves them
with no future regardless how great their current authority or power. Nemawashi leaves
them with no time, kleos, or dignatas - no honor, glory, or dignity. Nemawashi shrinks
them toward null points - toward vanishing points.
What does all this mean? What is the point of it all? You tell us. Study the two videos sent
in by Nemawashi network outposts from around the world and you decide. Free your brain and
the rest will follow. We must discover new frontiers... People have been standing for
centuries before a worm-eaten door, making pinholes in it with increasing ease. The time has
come to kick it down, for it is only on the other side that everything begins.
Nemawashi Exercises
To develop your mind and prepare to be intergrated with the NemawashiNetwork it is suggested you practice the following exercises diligently.
Exercise #1
Take your left finger and draw a large circle in the air in front of you. After
doing this for 30 seconds start drawing a square with the right hand. Repeat for
5-10 minutes or longer. Make your circles round and the squares square and DO NOT
STOP every 90 degrees.
Follow-Up Questions
- Did you find yourself drawing clockwise or counterclockwise?
- Did it get harder or easier the longer you did it?
Advanced: Try the exercise and draw one clockwise and on counter-clockwise.
Practice squares with your left hand and circles with your right, etc.
